Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 c. boiling water (no cold)
    1 cucumber
    1 green sweet pepper
    1 large onion
    2 small carrots
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
Preparation
    Grate or chop fine the cucumber, sweet pepper, onion and carrots.
    Stir all in partially congealed jello at least 24 hours before serving; keep chilled.
    Especially good with dried beans and meats.
