Salmagundi, Baked Fish Newburg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillet
1/2 lb. lobster, crab, shrimp or sea legs
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook fish for 10 minutes in salted water and drain.
Melt margarine in glass (quart measure) in microwave.
Stir in flour and milk. Microwave 1 minute and stir.
Microwave another minute and stir until thickened. Stir in grated cheese and sherry.
Put fish and lobster or other seafood into greased baking dish.
Pour white sauce over the fish and cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
