Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed bread
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    10 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Generously butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange bread crumbs and sprinkle cheese over.
    Add beaten eggs over bread and cheese/bread mixture in pan.
    Sprinkle bacon and mushrooms over top.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (If it starts to brown, put foil over it.)
    Will serve 10 to 12 people.
