Sausage And Chicken Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 bell pepper
1 c. Minute Rice
2 cans beef consumme
2 T. butter
1 onion
1 lb. hot sausage
Preparation
-
Saute sliced pepper, onion and hot sausage in butter for 5 minutes.
In 9 x 13 pan, mix consumme and rice.
Add meat mixture. Place chicken breast on top and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Uncover.
Bake another 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
