Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar (increase to 1 c. if desired)
    2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Add sugar, raisins, caraway seed and margarine.
    Blend well and then add buttermilk and eggs.
    Stir and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    I use a black-iron frying pan; any heavy, round pan will do.
    Cool and wrap to keep.
