Pickled Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. small, tender okra
    3/4 c. salt
    8 c. white vinegar
    1 c. water
    10 cloves garlic
    10 pods red pepper
Preparation
    Wash okra and leave stems on.
    Pack in jars, stems up.
    Place 1 pepper pod and 1 garlic clove in each jar.
