Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Pour hot water over broccoli.
    Break apart and drain well. Mix broccoli with crushed crackers in a buttered 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
