The Governor'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. round crackers, crushed
    5 Tbsp. barbecue sauce (or catsup)
    2 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Using your hands, \"squish\" all ingredients together (as if you're making a mud pie).
    Form into loaf.
    Place on baking rack or in loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes (until done).
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
