Broccoli Corn Bread(Low-Fat Version) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
    4 extra large egg whites
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cottage cheese; mix well. Lightly stir in cottage cheese.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan that has been sprayed with Baker's Joy.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
