Margaret'S Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 1/2 c. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (you can use different kinds of cheese, I use sharp Cheddar; also, Italian cheese would be good)
Preparation
    Stew chicken; remove from bone and cut into bite size pieces. Cook onion, pepper and celery in chicken broth.
    Cook spaghetti; rinse and drain.
    Mix spaghetti and 2/3 of cheese.
    Add soup, vegetables and broth, pimentos, chicken and seasonings.
    Pour into 1 large or 2 small buttered casseroles.
    Place remaining cheese on top of casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and casserole is hot and bubbly.
