Spicy Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with green chilies
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. instant rice
nacho cheese chips
Preparation

Cook chicken. Debone and set aside.
Cook 2 cups instant rice in 2 cups chicken broth from cooking chicken.
Place rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute onion in oil.
Add tomato sauce, sour cream and chicken.
Heat through and place on top of rice. Cover with crushed nacho chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
