Tarragon Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops, 1-inch thick
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. dried tarragon
Preparation
    Trim fat and bone from chops.
    Pat dry.
    Heat 1 tablespoon butter in frying pan over medium/low heat.
    Add meat.
    Cook for 6 minutes on each side.
    Check for doneness.
    Cook longer, if necessary.
