Carrot Gold Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 can coconut
Preparation

Sift first five ingredients together, then add sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Blend in thoroughly the carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut.
This bakes a large cake or 3 greased and floured 9-inch round layer tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes for layers.
