Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature and bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set in the middle.
