Fresh Peach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 large Cool Whip
    3 c. fresh peaches, diced
    1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, eggs and margarine.
    Fold in Cool Whip and peaches.
    In a large shallow glass casserole dish, place a layer of vanilla wafers.
    Top with a layer of peach mixture. Continue layering until the peach mixture is used, ending with a layer of vanilla wafers.
    Chill overnight.
    Garnish with wafers and peach slices, if desired.
