Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into large casserole pan.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
