Carrot Cake With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add oil gradually. Add dry ingredients. Add pineapple and carrots. Add nuts and vanilla; blend well. Pour into two 9-inch greased and floured pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or done.
