Concetta'S Meat Loaf(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. basil, chopped
    1 tsp. mint, chopped (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can tomato sauce
    6 strips bacon
    5 slices ham or Italian salami
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except for bacon and ham or salami. Add 1/2 can of sauce.
    Layer 1/2 of meat in square baking dish.
    Add more sauce and layer with ham or salami.
    Top with rest of meat mixture.
    Cover with remaining sauce and bacon.
    Add 2 tablespoons oil.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and cooked.
