Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. each: cloves, ginger and nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Blend together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Set aside.
    Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
    Add pumpkin and pecans and mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
