Spaghetti Sauce With Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. lean ground beef
    30 oz. tomato sauce
    12 oz. tomato paste
    8 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Italian herbs
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. red pepper, crushed
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    3 large onions, chopped
    4 large bell peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine
    8 oz. chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown meat lightly in olive or vegetable oil.
    Saute onions and bell peppers until somewhat translucent.
    Combine meat, onions, peppers and other ingredients, reserving wine and mushrooms until last.
    Cook slowly several hours, adjusting seasonings to taste.
    Yields 30 cups.
