Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, grated
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. walnuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine carrots with oil, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and allspice; mix.
    Then add flour and salt slowly; mix thoroughly.
    Add baking soda and walnuts to mixture.
    Then put into a 13 x 9 or 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is firm.
