Sweet-Sour Chicken Or Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation

Combine brown sugar and cornstarch; stir in vinegar, pineapple juice, green pepper, soy sauce, pimento, garlic powder and ginger. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
Serve over chicken, pork or spareribs.
