Hot Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. mild taco sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper until onion is transparent. Drain and set aside.
    In a large pan, such as a Dutch oven, melt cheese, taco sauce and tomato sauce, stirring until smooth.
    Add beef mixture.
    One can keep this warm by putting it in a crock-pot on low heat.
    Serve with tortilla chips, Doritos, etc.
