Pastry For 2-Crust Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
3 to 4 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Cut flour and shortening together to form small size peas. Sprinkle in water 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing with a fork until all flour is moistened.
Make into a crust.
