Donna'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded, unpacked zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir dry ingredients, zucchini, nuts and raisins
    together.
    In another bowl, beat eggs and oil.
    Pour over flour mixture and stir until moistened.
    Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves.
    Double recipe and it will make 3 nice size loaves.
