Zucchini Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 3/4 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil and lemon juice. Beat by hand until well blended; add zucchini.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Stir into zucchini mixture. Fold in nuts.
Bake in cookie sheet at 350\u00b0.
Frost with Lemon Frosting.
