Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Chun King soy sauce
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground anise
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    4 to 6 scallions, sliced thin
    16 chicken wings
Preparation
    Mix the soy sauce, anise, allspice, ginger and oil in a large bowl.
    Add sugar and mix until dissolved.
    Stir in scallions.
    Add the chicken wings to the marinade and mix to coat the wings. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
