Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large can chili with beans
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 small jar salsa
    grated cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Make layers starting from bottom up, placing ingredients in pan in order listed.
    Bake until hot through in oven or microwave.
