Coquito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Coconut Milk
    1 can Condensed Milk
    1 can Evaporated Milk
    2 c. Water
    5 Cinnamon Sticks
    2 pieces Fresh Ginger Root
    6 Cloves
    3 Egg Yolks
    1 c. Vanilla Ice Cream
    1/2 c. Sugar
    16 oz. White Rum
Preparation
    Mix water, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
    Boil.
    For 15 minutes in a blender, place egg yolks and cinnamon, ginger, clover mixture. Add rest of ingredients and blend.
    Serve with ice.
    Keep refrigerated.
