Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1/2 c. rice (not Minute Rice)
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 egg
1 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Partially cover.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Whisk egg and cream, add vanilla.
Fold egg and cream mixture into rice mixture.
You can also fold in Cool Whip to make fluffy.
