Refrigerator Almond Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. instant coffee powder
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. roasted diced almonds
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with butter, cinnamon and coffee over hot water.
    Whip cheese; blend in chocolate mixture, vanilla and powdered sugar.
    Stir in almonds.
    Spread in shallow greased pan. Chill at least one hour.
    Cut into pieces and serve.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 pound fudge.
