Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. roast beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Season roast beef with salt and pepper.
    Flour both sides and brown.
    Pressure cook until done and able to fork apart, about 1 hour.
    (May also use home canned beef.)
    Add noodles to boiling broth and meat; cook 7 minutes.
