Southwestern Couscous Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box couscous, cooked per box directions
    1 pkg. Birds Eye vegetables (broccoli, corn, peppers or any kind of frozen mixed vegetables)
    1 can beans, drained (Ranch Style beans)
    1 can mild Ro-Tel
    cilantro
    cumin
Preparation
    Cook the Birds Eye vegetables for approximately 5 minutes in the microwave. Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Add cilantro and cumin for taste. Serve either cold or warm.
