Beef Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (may use deer meat)
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic or garlic powder
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix and shape into 2 rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Remove wrap, put in baking pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 in upper part of oven.
    Will keep refrigerated for awhile.
