Hamburger Steak In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 c. liquid, juice from mushrooms and water
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and soup mix.
    Form into patties and fry in oil.
    Remove burgers.
    Add flour and stir to brown.
    Blend in liquid.
    Add other 1/2 soup mix and mushrooms.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
