Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, oil, egg, salt and flour; mix until well blended.
    Put in refrigerator.
    When ready to use, place by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin pans.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    These will keep in refrigerator for one week.
