Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans English peas
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 medium chopped onion
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain peas. Add all ingredients together. Mix lightly but well so you don't mash the peas. Serve cold. Store leftovers in covered container in refrigerator. Add mayonnaise (more or less) according to desired taste. Makes 8 servings. Preparation time: 0:30.
