Oven Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. ribs (country-style may be used), cut into serving size pieces
    1 or 2 lemon slices
    1 or 2 medium onions, sliced
Preparation
    Place ribs in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.
    (Trim as much fat off as possible).
    Place a slice of unpeeled lemon and thin slice of onion on each serving piece.
    Roast in oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes (longer if using country-style ribs).
    Pour off any fat.
