Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. light caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate cake mix (almost any kind of chocolate cake mix will work)
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt the caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Combine in a bowl the cake mix, margarine, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and the pecans.
    Stir with spoon until dough holds together.
