Apricot Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. apricots
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
2 egg whites
1 small tub Cool Whip
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix apricots, sugar and cinnamon.
Cover with hot water and let stand until apricots soften.
Cook until tender.
Mix cornstarch\tand
cold
water.
Add\tto apricots and cook until thick.
Puree while hot.
