Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, cut in pieces
    1 head cauliflower, cut in pieces
    carrots, mushrooms and sliced onion
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/8 c. oil
    1 1/8 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Cut up veggies; sprinkle with Accent and set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients well.
    Pour over veggies; cover.
    Stir occasionally.
    Put in fridge; best to let stand overnight.
