Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large ripe tomatoes
    1 red pepper
    2 green peppers
    4 onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables fine.
    Do not put through food grinder. Mix with dry ingredients and vinegar.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. This makes about 6 pints.
    Do not double recipe or texture will not be satisfactory.
