Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 bag egg noodles
    1 c. green frozen peas
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    In large saucepan, put butter and sauteed onion.
    Drain tuna in can, then add to onion.
    Add mushroom soup and 3 soup cans of water.
    Bring to rolling boil.
    Add noodles and peas.
    Turn to medium heat.
    Cook until noodles are done.
    Pour into serving dish and top with Mozzarella cheese and parsley.
