Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) Boboli
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (can also use Blue cheese)
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, oregano or basil
Preparation

On a greased baking sheet, place Boboli.
Brush oil and garlic over Boboli.
Sprinkle with tomato, Gorgonzola cheese, rosemary and oregano.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
