Fluffy No Fail Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 unbeaten egg whites
    1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla (after cooling)
Preparation
    Mix in top of double boiler, beating constantly with mixer, over boiling water 7 minutes.
    Add vanilla when thick and fluffy.
