Herb-Stuffed Potatoes(Nutritious) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes (about 4 1/2 inches long)
8 tsp. diet margarine
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. snipped chives
1 tsp. snipped parsley
1/8 tsp. dried sage
salt and pepper to taste
dash of paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Bake potatoes about 45 minutes.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop out inside and mash.
Add remaining ingredients except paprika.
Mix thoroughly.
Spoon potato into shells on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Return to oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serves 8. Each serving amount:
1/2 potato equals 1 bread and 1/2 fat.
