Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw summer squash
    1/4 tsp. grated onions
    2 tsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. melted margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine raw squash, onion, sugar, flour, salt and pepper. Beat eggs and add to squash mixture.
    Add melted margarine and mix well.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot oiled griddle or skillet. Cook until delicately browned on both sides.
    Serve immediately.
