Macaroni And Cheese(Italian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Gouda cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked and salted
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until chewy.
    Drain and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese mixture and place under broiler for a few minutes or until cheese is melted and crispy.
