Herbed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or whole chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cool.
    Reserve 2 cups chicken broth.
    Remove chicken from bones and tear into bite-size pieces.
    Place in shallow 3-quart baking dish.
    Combine soups and 1 cup broth.
    Pour over chicken.
    Mix butter and remaining cup of broth and stir into stuffing.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 preheated oven for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
