Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated carrot
1/2 c. oleo
1 box Stove Top dressing
Preparation

Cook zucchini and onion for 5 minutes and drain well.
Add soup, sour cream and carrot.
Melt oleo and stir into dressing. Add Stove Top mix to the other ingredients.
Save some to put on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
